Röviden a ZéróPluszról
A zéró a transzformáció helye: a számegyenesen ebben a pontban alakulnak át a negatív számok pozitívakká, a virtuális itt válik valóságossá.
A „Zéró" így az alkotási folyamat jelképe is, amelynek során megpróbálunk felfedni valami addig rejtetten maradót. A „plusz” szó erre a folyamatra, az „ürességből” a „teljesség” felé való haladásra utal.

Soon one week gone after my rerun from one of my best experiences in this life, in courtesy of Gyula Berger at ZeroPlus DanceWorks,a contemporary dance school in Budapest. I was allowed to join all classes at this wonderful little school with so much heart space for two weeks as if I was a student there! That in itself is quite remarkable, and I will be for ever thankful for this opportunity! <3
The school has classes Monday-Saturday from 9.15-12.30, and I participated every day. The week plan included classes in contemporary technique, ballet, somatic movements (Feldenkrais and Body Mind Centering), composition, contact improvisation and Pilates.
Believe me, its been like finding clear cold water in the desert for my soul, you have no idea, well some few do. I have learned so much in these two weeks. Its the power of love and passion for what you do, great teachers in technique and caring, and every day training! This creates magic!
I feel so inspired and I hope I can initiate to do some thing about the dance education situation for passionate adult dancers like me here in Norway. ... And by the way its not only in Norway that adults like me suffer from this, its pretty much every where. And we might not be many interested, but still I am sure there are more out there yearning to learn dancing as they teach it at professional dance schools, even if we have passed 30, and/or not interested in becoming artists/performers on stage.

The ZeroPlusz Somatic Course has given me new avenues through which to explore movement, a renewed appreciation for patience in approaching training, and a deepened awareness and understanding of my body's movement. I am more in touch with my bones, my breath, my organs. The teachers are empathetic and kind, with an ear to each individual's process. This experience has been unquestionably valuable and has contributed immensely to my practice as a performer.

My experience at ZeroPlus DanceWorks was a journey to the inner side of my movements. It was a different way of learning dance. Space and time were provided in order to allow you to explore into the steps and movements. The focus is on the research of your own movements. It was not about copying the teacher, it was about developing the movement by experimenting with your body.
I learned a lot about my body movements. The program provided us with space and time to experiment with our own body how to move more efficiently, and in a more easy and natural way. As the number of students was small, the attention of the teachers was very intense and the teaching were adapted to each individual. It has been a journey to body awareness. I have learned about my body movements and limits through experimenting using different techniques of Contemporary Dance, Somatic Dance, Contact, Ballet, Alexander Technique and Composition. This dance programme has been very different from others, as we had the time and space to go deep into each movement. To be more aware of your physical and emotional body while you are moving. And also how to play and create with feelings, parts of the body and images. Each teacher was very professional and passionate in their areas and very accesible at the same time. This has been the beginning for me of a journey into dancing as a continuous research of by inner movements and the limitless possibilities of movement creation.
