Who is it for:
The workshop is a great complement to any physical discipline. Exploration into movements both on & off the mat can be found so the class is suitable for everyone (including but not limited to dancers, yogis, athletes, physical performers and martial artists) if you own a body, avenues can be explored by all.

The workshops are based upon 3 pillars:
I Physical Development
Increasing movement capabilities through Contemporary Floorwork, Acro Dance, Vinyasa yoga, Restorative Yoga, Mobility Methods & Movement games.
II Mental Development
Rewiring your brain to regain & strengthen your natural senses. Using movement situations as a segway to train the brain through techniques of problem solving, logic, memory & sustained attention.
III Artistic Development
The Accumulation of the previous developments lays the groundwork to help uniquely develop a solo and group creative signature. Unmasking or discovering new chains of movement, thinking and communication skills. Tasks will be given to discover multiple avenues of creative potential, abstract thinking, improvisation, composition, contact improvisation.
Bio:
Ivan Cook is an Australian multi-disciplinary movement artist based in The Hague (NL) Qualified in Contemporary Floorwork, Acrodance, Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, MobilityWOD, Physical Education.
He instructs weekly movement/dance classes and gives workshops across Europe. Ivan has now given workshops in Netherlands, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Greece, Australia.
