There are monthly demonstrations, where we encourage you to show your work in progress. Furthermore, we have a closing demonstration in a theater at the end of the year, in June, 2021.

If you cannot arrange to take part in all the classes, you can still apply. Please contact us before applying so that we can discuss your situation.
Contemporary & ballet fundamentals (evenings)
If you have less technical training in dance, you can strengthen your fundamentals with 2 contemporary and 2 ballet classes per week. These classes are on Monday and Wednesday evenings. If you feel that you are not yet ready for intense training, you can use the evening classes to prepare yourself and join the basic program from September 2021.

Workshops (optional)

There are regular weekend and evening workshops to supplement the morning classes. Upcoming workshops for early 2021 include the Viewpoints technique taught by Gábor Kozma and Movement research by Ivan Cook.

Choreographic projects (optional)

Students who want to work intensively have the option to work with our teachers and guest choreographers for short periods outside the classes. Choreographers work with our students for 1-4 weeks, for 3-5 hours a day to create a piece that will be performed in the end of their collaboration.

Reviews by our students

Lori Baldwin (USA)
Student of 2016/2017

The ZeroPlusz Somatic Course has given me new avenues through which to explore movement, a renewed appreciation for patience in approaching training, and a deepened awareness and understanding of my body's movement. I am more in touch with my bones, my breath, my organs. The teachers are empathetic and kind, with an ear to each individual's process. This experience has been unquestionably valuable and has contributed immensely to my practice as a performer.
